Itinerary

Day 1: ROME Welcome. Transfer to the hotel and free time. In the afternoon you will receive information for the start of your tour through the information boards located in the hotel reception. As an introduction to the city, we include a transfer to Trastevere at the end of the afternoon, a lively district of the city known for its typical small restaurants. Day 2: ROME We include a panoramic tour of the capital of Italy and one of the oldest and most influential cities in Western civilization. The Colosseum, the Roman forums, the squares and fountains in the center, the great life of the city. We finish at SAN PEDRO DEL VATICANO, an independent state within the city of Rome and center of the Catholic Church. You can visit the basilica and the museums. Free afternoon. Day 3: ROME-BOLOGNA-FERRARA-VENICE After breakfast we leave for Tuscany and the Emilia Romana region. Beautiful landscapes crossing the Apennine mountain range. BOLOGNA, the capital of Emilia-Romagna, is a city with a rich history dating back to Roman times and is also an important cultural and gastronomic centre of Italy. We will be able to walk through its covered passages that extend along many streets and buildings, its towers and its main square. Bologna is also known as the "city of food", here famous dishes such as Bolognese pastas such as tagliatelle al ragù (famous Bolognese sauce) and lasagna originated. It is also famous for its sausages, cheeses, and of course, Italian ice cream. Time for lunch. In the afternoon we continue our route to FERRARA, surrounded by 9 km of walls, its centre has been declared a World Heritage Site, and highlights the great medieval castle, the cathedral of St. George and its Renaissance palaces. Continuation towards VENICE, arrival at the end of the day and accommodation in the Mestre area or nearby area. Day 4: VENICE - FLORENCE After breakfast we will go to Troncheto to take a private boat that will take us along the Giudecca Canal to the historic centre of Venice. We will take a guided walking tour of the area of San Marco, where the Basilica and the Campanile are located. We will also visit a Murano glass factory, where we can admire traditional glass-working techniques. At around 5:00 pm we will leave for FLORENCE. Arrival in the late afternoon. Day 5: FLORENCE-ROME Day in FLORENCE, in the morning, after enjoying the views from the Michelangelo Viewpoint, we will include a guided tour of the Tuscan capital, one of the most visited cities in the country, considered the birthplace of the Renaissance and of some of the most influential artists and thinkers in history, such as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Botticelli or Raphael. Highlights include the Gothic cathedral (duomo), the ancient stone bridge (Ponte Vecchio) with its goldsmiths' shops and Piazza della Signoria - the political heart of the city with the medieval town hall. At around 4:30 p.m. we leave for ROME. Arrival at the end of the day. Day 6: ROME After breakfast, our services will conclude, with the hope of having provided an unforgettable experience.
