Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to SUNLIT JETS or the products you purchase through SUNLIT JETS shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Florida, United States of America, except that, to the extent you have violated or threatened to violate any intellectual property rights of SUNLIT JETS, SUNLIT JETS may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Florida, United States of America, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement will be conducted in accordance with the current rules of the American Arbitration Association. The award of the arbitrators shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined with an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

SUNLIT JETSis an online travel agency, whose technological platform allows a large number of service providers (the "Provider(s)") to offer and market their services to users, contracting these services can be done by email , telephone, WhatsApp, "in voce" or any other means, users can seek inquiries about flights, accommodation, cars, cruises, activities and other services (understood as the "Service / s" included in flights, accommodation, excursions, transfers, cruises, activities, car rental, etc.), compare and reserve these benefits in real time, and purchase them separately or in combination, assembling and managing your own trip, in accordance with your personal needs.


SUNLIT JETS is not the provider of the Services so it is not directly or indirectly bound to the execution of the Service. When you contract Services through SUNLITJETS, you are entering into a contract directly with the Provider that offers its Services through our Platform. SUNLIT JETS acts as an intermediary between You and the Service Providers and acts on behalf of the Provider.


By contracting Services through SUNLIT JETS, you agree to have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions shown below. Likewise, you guarantee that: (I) you are of legal age; (II) has full capacity to enter into contracts; (III) only use the SUNLIT JETS Platform to reserve or contract Services for You and/or for another person for whom You have authorization to act; (IV) in case of acquiring services with destination/stop Cuba, you are not a US citizen or resident, nor are you subject to the jurisdiction of the United States; and (V) all the information that you provide to SUNLIT JETS is true, accurate, current and complete.


These conditions are the general ones that apply to the brokerage services provided by SUNLIT JETS and in no way do they replace or modify the legally established liability limitations or the special or specific conditions that each Provider has defined for their Services.

Before contracting, review the particular conditions of each Service  and of each Provider. SUNLIT JETS is not responsible or has any interference in the particular conditions established by each Provider for the provision of their Services.


SUNLIT JETS records that its intermediation activity in the commercialization of Services does not guarantee that the chosen destination does not present risks to the health and integrity of people. SUNLIT JETS is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for damages or losses that you or those traveling with you may suffer before, during or as a consequence of the chosen destination. SUNLIT JETS is not responsible for events derived from a fortuitous event or force majeure, including climatic phenomena, acts of nature, trade union conflicts, among others, that may occur before or during the provision of the Service, and that may eventually delay, interrupt or prevent its execution.

• Before confirming your Reservation and prior acceptance of these General Conditions (the "Reservation"), we advise you to review the particular terms and conditions applicable to the Service you wish to contract. This way you will avoid surprises and you will be able to enjoy your trip as planned. The policies of each Service  are established by each Supplier without interference from SUNLIT JETS. It is especially clarified that SUNLIT JETS has no interference in the collection of penalties by the Suppliers or rate differences, if applicable, which will depend on the policies of each Supplier.

• The contracting of services through SUNLIT JETS implies the acceptance of each and every one of the general and particular conditions included in these terms and conditions. Reading it will allow you to better exercise your rights as a consumer. We suggest you print them and keep them, along with the rest of the travel documentation. Remember to take note of the Reservation number. This number identifies your transaction and will be essential to carry out any management through SUNLIT JETS. IF YOU CONTRACT SERVICES THROUGH SUNLIT JETS, KEEP IN MIND THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: I. HOW DOES THE RESERVATION AND PURCHASE PROCESS WORK? When you make a Reservation through the SUNLIT JETS Platform and/or confirm the reservation request with our telephone or in-person sales agent, you authorize us to manage your reservation and make the respective charge(s) to your account or card. Pay close attention to our subsequent telephone or electronic communications, where we will inform you about the progress and status of your Reservation. The successful completion of the management of the reservation and/or the confirmation of the purchase, depend on the full and timely payment of the price and/or rate of all the Services. While the total payment of the reservation is not confirmed, the Reservation will remain on hold and could be canceled unilaterally by the Provider, without liability for the latter. The definitive confirmation of the Services and respective prices will occur with the issuance of the electronic ticket/s or the sending and/or delivery of the voucher –whatever applies– and its respective billing. In addition, in credit operations, the specific requirements set by the issuing bank must be met. The issuance of the electronic ticket or the voucher – whichever applies – attests to the acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Provider and the execution of the contract signed between the Provider and the person whose name(s) appears on said electronic ticket and/or voucher. If the Reservation is subject to confirmation -a circumstance that will be informed in the first email you receive- the values paid before confirmation will be received as a reservation. If your Reservation is ultimately rejected for any reason (for example, due to insufficient credit card balance, lack of availability, rate variation, etc.), SUNLIT JETS will proceed to inform you of the options available in the event that You wish to insist on the purchase or reservation or, at your request, the amounts paid will be refunded. If after entering your Reservation you do not receive an email with the purchase information, check the Spam folder and/or enter My Account / My Reservation or My Trips on the Platform with the Reservation number. From there you can carry out procedures and, in case of additional doubts, you can contact the telephone numbers that appear on the Platform.

  • WHAT PERSONAL DATA SHOULD I ENTER?You must inform the agent, if you buy by phone or in person, or enter all the fields with exact, complete, current and true data in order to make valid reservations for Tourist Services through SUNLIT JETS. By entering your personal data on the Platform or declaring it by telephone or in person, you declare that said data (the "Personal Data") is accurate, precise and true, and assumes the commitment to update said Personal Data as necessary. SUNLIT JETS is not responsible for the accuracy of the Personal Data provided by you. You guarantee and are responsible for the veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the Personal Data entered. Remember that all your data must exactly match the Travel Documentation as defined in point V.


  • WHAT CONTACT DETAILS ARE NEEDED?:You must inform the agent or enter an email address in the "Contact Information" section. This email is our way of contacting you. Check that the email provided as a point of contact is correct and keep an eye on the information that will be sent to said email. It will be considered that You took timely knowledge of the confirmation of your Reservation or of any inconvenience or variation to it by sending said information to the email address provided by You. Keep in mind that if the email reported or entered by you contains an error, you will not receive essential communications for the management of your Reservation.


  • WHAT BILLING DETAILS ARE NEEDED?:You must inform the agent or enter your exact information in "Billing Information" in order to issue the corresponding receipt. You declare that said data is exact, precise and true. SUNLIT JETS will not be responsible for the issuance of documents with incorrect information provided by you. You guarantee and are responsible for the veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the tax data entered. Updating the aforementioned Personal Data will not affect the tax billing data provided by you. In the event of inconsistencies between the billing data provided by you and those reflected in the sales receipt, the client may request through SUNLIT JETS the correction of the invoice within 30 days from the date of issue of the receipt. You may receive an invoice issued by any of the entities detailed in the header of this and defined as SUNLIT JETS.


  • WHAT INFORMATION CAN I FIND ON THE SUNLIT JETS PLATFORM?:The information published on the SUNLIT JETS Platform regarding prices, qualities and characteristics of the Services, their availability, conditions of sale, restrictions, cancellation or refund policies (among others) is established and provided by the Online Service Providers. and in real time. In its capacity as intermediary, SUNLIT JETS informs you about the characteristics of the Services, manages your Purchase Requests with the Suppliers, collects, if applicable, the values corresponding to the rates and supports you in the search for solutions in case of raise a concern or inconvenience. SUNLIT JETS uses its best efforts to provide correct and accurate information, but is not responsible for errors (such as manifest and typographical errors), interruptions (due to temporary and/or partial server outages or repairs), inaccuracies, misleading information, or false emanating from the Service Providers.


  • SUNLIT JETS is not and should not be construed as a promoter of the quality, level of service and/or rating or classification of any  Service  available on the Platform. We advise you to read the comments of other passengers that appear on the Platform to get advice on the Service(s) chosen and assess whether it meets your needs and expectations. The Platform may contain links and address points to other Internet sites, resources and sponsors of the Platform. Links from the Platform (in any direction) to other third party sites, maintained by third parties, do not constitute a recommendation by SUNLIT JETS of any third party, their websites or the content on them.


  • WHAT DOCUMENTATION WILL I NEED TO TRAVEL?:You have the duty to responsibly inform yourself about the legal and/or immigration documentation and/or health requirements that you or the people traveling with you may need to be able to carry out your trip as planned (the “Travel Documentation”). Check in time the conditions of entry to the country of destination and/or transit, special conditions of visas and/or passports, driver's licenses, vaccinations, permits for minors or other document requirements, both for the countries of destination and the countries in transit, even when it is not necessary to leave the airport. If you require it and do not have it, take the necessary steps to obtain it in advance. The requirements may vary depending on the country of destination and/or transit and depending on your country of nationality and/or residence and/or the documentation with which you travel. Remember that it is your responsibility to comply with all the requirements and/or entry and/or transit documentation required by the immigration, customs, and/or health authorities of the country(ies) of destination/s and/or transit. We recommend that before booking and leaving, check all the necessary requirements with the corresponding Embassy or Consulate. For more information visit: Check in advance the expiration date of the documentation and take into account that, in some countries, the expiration date is required to be no earlier than six months after arrival in the foreign territory. In the case of traveling with children under 18 years of age, in addition to the authorized travel document (National Identification Document or Passport), and other conditions regulated by the country of departure/destination and/or transit.

  • WHAT WILL I HAVE TO PAY? HOW DO THE MEANS OF PAYMENT WORK?:When you reserve one or more Services through SUNLIT JETS, you must pay (1) the price or rate set by the Provider, (2) the taxes, rates and/or fiscal perceptions applicable to the Tourist Service and, if applicable, , (3) the management fee for the intermediation service of SUNLIT JETS (the “Management Fee”).Remember that SUNLIT JETS acts in the name and on behalf of the Service Provider and that the values corresponding to the price or rate of the Tourist Services are transferred (endorsed) to the Provider. SUNLIT JETS offers you different modalities to be able to make and pay for your Tourist Services reservations depending on the Service to be acquired, the Provider that provides it and the means used for payment. The means and forms of payment available for each Service are those reported on the Platform prior to entering your Reservation.


  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I PAY BY CREDIT CARD?Keep in mind that when you inform SUNLIT JETS of your account or credit card details (through the form available on the Platform or to the telephone sales agent), and then accept or confirm the operation, you are authorizing us to charge for: (1) the rate of the Service  (2) the taxes, fees and/or fiscal perceptions that may correspond and (3) our Management Charges -if applicable-. If you make a reservation with the installment option and/or with a credit card, keep in mind that:

a. The SUNLIT JETS intermediary Management Charge may be applied in full on the first installment even though you have chosen the installment payment option for the remainder of the price or fee.

b. The interest and/or taxes that payments in installments could generate are added to the proposed price or rate for the service, and said total is divided by the number of installments selected for payment.

c. If you have agreed with your credit card issuer on life insurance for a debit balance or other charges that affect the total financial cost, remember to check with your issuing entity for the validity, conditions, and costs of such insurance or charges, which are naturally outside of SUNLIT JETS and depend on and/or vary as agreed by you with each issuer or card operator. We recommend that you find out about the conditions of use and interest rates of your credit card before using the payment method in installments.

d. If a cancellation is made after the purchase, provided that the particular conditions of the Service allow it, SUNLIT JETS will not refund or be responsible for the interest or financial costs that the original transaction has generated or the administrative expenses incurred.

and. Each transaction is subject to anti-fraud verification processes. One of them consists of making a charge equivalent to 1 USD in the dollar amount of your card under the operation host located in England (UK), in order to verify the identity and international validity of the card. The charge and reverse process can be viewed in the client's account statement and does not generate charges or additional costs for you since identity and validity are confirmed, the charge is reversed (cancelled).

F. For certain destinations, the Service Provider may charge you directly for the contracted Service. In these cases, SUNLIT JETS will indicate this at the time of purchase and you will receive an invoice issued by said Provider. Keep in mind that, in these cases, the charge will be made by your credit card in United States Dollars for the amount in said currency indicated in your payment detail.


To make each payment, the User connects to the website of the selected financial institution, which is the one that provides the technological security measures, accepts, authorizes and validates each payment. SUNLIT JETS in no case and under no circumstances, knows or stores the data, account number or passwords related to any means of payment linked to the system, nor the data of debit or credit cards or any other means of payment related to said system unless expressly authorized by the User.

SUNLIT JETS does not assume any type of responsibility that may be generated by the improper use or loss of control of the data or passwords related to any means of payment linked to the PSE system. SUNLIT JETS does not assume any responsibility, nor does it grant any guarantee to the User in relation to the financial services provided by the PSE payment platform, or for the financial services or payment methods provided directly by each financial or banking entity, especially in the case that cannot carry out the operations due to defects that occur in the operation of the PSE System, due to any delay, interruption, error, technical failure, non-availability or failure on the website of the selected financial or banking entity and neither for any direct damage or indirectly arising from such circumstances.


  • ONCE A RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED, CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL IT? IF I DO IT, DO I HAVE ASSOCIATED COSTS?If you request a change or cancellation outside of the deadlines and procedures explained in the previous point, and as long as the specific regulation of the rate selected by you allows it, SUNLIT JETS will carry out the procedures for presenting and monitoring your request, but Both the response times and the final decision will be made by the Service Provider. Please note that if the service execution date is close, SUNLIT JETS cannot guarantee that the Service Provider  will issue a resolution of the matter. The way to proceed and the special conditions that govern in cases of changes or cancellations in a reservation confirmed by you, are determined directly by the Service Providers, who may establish applicable fines or penalties for the requested changes. Review them before booking and remember that there are Services that, by Provider's disposition, do not admit changes and/or returns, or admit them with restrictions and/or with penalties, – even in cases of illness, strike, climatic phenomena, etc. -. Remember that each Provider defines its penalties without the intervention or interference of SUNLIT JETS.

a. The procedures in SUNLIT JETS are carried out online and/or in real time.

When you request a change, you are canceling a confirmed reservation and requesting a new one that will be governed by the particular conditions applicable at the time you make the change, for which, in addition to the applicable penalties, there could be a rate difference which consists of the value resulting from the difference between the rate originally paid and the new rate according to rate availability at the time of making the change (the "Rate Difference"). Remember that rates are dynamic and depend on variables such as purchase anticipation, travel dates, seasonal promotions and, in the case of flights, also rate restrictions (the greater the restrictions, the lower the price).

b. In the case of returns approved by the Supplier, they may be

be made through a credit or a chargeback to the same card with which the reservation was made, prior authorization from the credit card holder. If the payment was made in cash and/or bank transfer, SUNLIT JETS will require your bank details to make the refund by bank transfer. The reimbursement and/or charge reversal terms will depend on each Provider (in the case of airlines, they are usually estimated to be between 30 and 120 days).

c. It should be noted that the Providers are not obliged to exempt the passenger from the conditions of the contract, even in cases

accredited with illness or physical disability that prevents them from traveling; that is to say, if the rate paid foresees the charge of a penalty to make modifications/returns or does not allow changes and/or refunds, the Provider may charge those charges or deny the refund of the cost of the reservation.

In case of cancellation of reservations confirmed by For any reason, said Management Fee will not be refunded since it corresponds to a service actually provided by SUNLIT JETS. Likewise, in the event that You request the change or cancellation of a Service, SUNLIT JETS may charge an additional Management Fee. In some cases, the Service Provider will be the one who must directly proceed with the return of your money, through a credit, a chargeback to your credit card or the return of the amount paid, according to the most convenient means of return. If the payment had been made by bank transfer, SUNLIT JETS will require your data again to be able to manage the refund by that means.


  • ONCE MY TRANSACTION IS PROCESSED, WILL I BE ABLE TO REVERSE THE CHARGES MADE TO MY CARD? HOW DOES THE REVERSAL OF CHARGES OPERATE? Keep in mind that, if your reservation corresponds to an air ticket, you will not be able to use the figure described here, by express provision of the aforementioned legislation:

1. You were the target of fraud.

2. Your charge corresponds to an unsolicited operation.

3. The purchased product was not received.

4. The delivered product does not correspond to what was requested, does not meet the inherent characteristics or those attributed by the information that was provided about it.

5. The product delivered is defective. Thus, if you reasonably consider that you are involved in any of the previous causes, you must fill out the payment reversal request form. Immediately completed, SUNLIT JETS will give you a procedure number and proof of having made the request for reversal through this web page. SUNLIT JETS, within five (5) business days following the completion of the form, will send this reversal request directly to your issuer of the payment instrument, so that it processes and guarantees the return of the objected amounts to your Credit Card. . You can directly validate the status of your reversal request with your bank, presenting to it the procedure number and/or proof of having completed the reversal request form.


  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T SHOW UP TO USE A RESERVATION?If you do not show up to use your reservation on the date and times indicated (or arrive late) what is known in the tourism market as a No Show is configured and you will not have the right to demand a full or partial refund of the amount paid. If you are not going to use your reservation in whole or in part or if you are going to arrive late to use your reservation, we recommend that you notify SUNLIT JETS in advance to find out the applicable restrictions.


  • SPECIAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO TOURIST PRODUCTS WITH CUBA DESTINATION:According to the regulations in force in the United States, trips to Cuba for tourist activities are prohibited for citizens, residents or persons subject to North American jurisdiction. This rule has some exceptions (such as: family visits; official work for the US government, foreign governments and some non-governmental organizations; journalistic activity; research and professional meetings; etc.). Currently SUNLIT JETS does not have the resources to be able to verify these exceptions during the online purchase process, so we are currently not in a position to offer this destination to citizens included in the aforementioned exceptions.   • WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE IN CASE OF QUERIES OR CLAIMS?:In the event that you need to make a claim and/or query, request modifications and/or cancellations -as long as your rate allows it-, request the resending of vouchers or tickets, and/or download your invoice, you will be able to access during the 24 hours to the "My Account" link if you are registered on the Platform (or through "My Booking" or "My Trips") with your Purchase Request number, where you can carry out any procedure. Remember that SUNLIT JETS is an online and face-to-face travel agency and, in that order, its main contact channels are: its online platform and the customer service or sales offices. Regardless of this, for any emergency it always has telephone lines that appear in the emails and/or vouchers sent with each Service.

  • 1. In the case of wanting to make a claim, suggestion or query, it is recommended to make a detailed description of the facts, immediately attaching a copy of the supporting information, explaining what happened and formulating in clear and simple terms the solution you want . This way we can review your case faster and more efficiently. SUNLIT JETS, will analyze the claim, and will respond to the same email informed by you as soon as possible. If from the review of the background it is appropriate to accept all or part of the claim, SUNLIT JETS will let you know and will send you the corresponding agreement by email. The foregoing, without prejudice to the fact that SUNLIT JETS could offer you an alternative solution, different from the requests made by you.

  • 2. If you agree with the SUNLIT JETS proposal, you must sign the corresponding agreement, and send it to SUNLIT JETS, at the address that will be indicated. Once SUNLIT JETS has received the document, a customer service agent will contact you to inform you of the payment date and other conditions for compliance with the agreement.

  • 3. Changes or cancellations of reservations made through us, although they are governed by the Service Providers, must be managed through SUNLIT JETS. In any of the above cases, the airline and/or provider will refer you to our company. Keep in mind that each Provider has its own regulations for the provision of its Services. When reviewing the regulations, without prejudice to the When you make a Reservation on the Platform or through SUNLIT JETS personnel and it is confirmed by issuing an e-ticket, a record (Electronic Ticket Record or ETR) is automatically generated. ) in the Airline Company's system with the data entered by you. The cheapest rates are those with the greatest restrictions. Keep in mind that SUNLIT JETS is not authorized to vary or modify the Air Ticket regulations in any case.

  • 1.2 FLIGHT INFORMATION:All the information displayed on the Platform regarding the Air Tickets offered (itineraries, fares, etc.) is provided and updated online and in real time directly by each Airline Company through a global reservation system (Global Distribution System or GDS). In the event that the site does not have the GDS system, SUNLIT JETS will contact the passenger for the purpose of rebooking, applying the corresponding charges, if any. The Airlines, through the GDSs, are solely responsible for updating the rates, availability and other data that appear on the Platform. For this reason, in the period between the entry of the Reservation and the confirmation of the payment or issuance of the Air Ticket, the rates established by the Air Company could vary according to availability. The definitive prices will be fixed from the moment of the definitive confirmation of the reservation that occurs with the issuance of the electronic ticket/s and its invoicing. SUNLIT JETS does not set airfares or have control over their availability.

  • 1.3 PAYMENT METHOD:If you pay by credit card, both the rate and the taxes and fees are charged directly with the Airline's own commercial code without these values entering SUNLIT JETS. If you pay by deposit or bank transfer, SUNLIT JETS endorses the amounts corresponding to the rates to the Airline Company. In all cases, SUNLIT JETS only receives the value corresponding to the Management Charge.

  • 1.4 RESCHEDULES, DELAYS AND/OR CANCELLATIONS OF FLIGHTS:For reasons beyond the control of SUNLIT JETS, the Airlines could modify certain flight conditions such as times, dates or itineraries; they could be delayed and/or rescheduled and/or cancelled. The carrier is empowered to make changes to scheduled flights, as long as it communicates them to this aviation authority in accordance with the applicable regulation and SUNLIT JETS has no interference or intervention in relation to the changes that the flights could suffer. If any of these variations occur before 24 hrs. of flight departure, by instructions of the final provider, SUNLIT JETS will inform you of the available alternatives and will only proceed to confirm the modifications with your express confirmation or prior acceptance. Any claim, demand or complaint for the provision of the chosen service must be addressed to the Airline. Remember that it is the Airlines that provide the transport service. Within 24 hours. After the departure of your flight, SUNLIT JETS cannot make arrangements for Air Tickets.

  • 1.5 PRESENTATION AT THE AIRPORT:You must be present at the dispatch offices of the Airline at the airport of departure on the scheduled day and at the time indicated with the Travel Documentation. For domestic flights, we recommend arriving at the airport 2 hours in advance and, for international flights, the anticipation must be at least 3 hours. Keep in mind that the schedules that are reflected in your Air Ticket are expressed in local time of the country of stopover and/or destination. If you do not show up to board or arrive late to board (No Show), the Airline may cancel any reservation for the continuation of the trip or the return and you will not have the right to demand the total or partial refund of the amount paid.

  • 1.6 REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION OR CHANGES OF DATE OR ITINERARY:We emphasize that usually the Airlines determine that the cheapest rates are those that do not allow changes, cancellations or returns, and even when they do allow it, said changes or cancellations are subject to penalties. In the event that -according to the regulations provided by the Airline- the rate selected by you does allow cancellations, SUNLIT JETS will carry out the procedures for presenting and monitoring your cancellation request before the Airline, and it will be the Airline You must proceed with the return, through a credit or a chargeback to your credit card. If the payment had been made by bank transfer, SUNLIT JETS will require your data again to be able to manage the refund by that means. If what you request is a change of date or itinerary and the rate of the purchased Air Ticket allows changes, the Airline Company may establish a penalty to be paid and, in addition, when setting a new date or choosing a new itinerary, you must pay the Rate difference applicable at the time of change. Changes must be made in the same classes issued or in higher classes. We clarify that it is not possible to make changes for cheaper rates published after the issuance of the purchased Air Ticket. The payment of the penalty and the Rate Difference can only be made with a credit card in 1 (ONE) payment. In addition, both in the case of changes and cancellations, SUNLIT JETS may charge an additional Management Fee.

  • 1.7 CHANGES IN THE NAME(S) OR CHANGE OF PASSENGER:The Air Ticket issued in the name of the passenger is nominative, personal and non-transferable. Pay close attention when entering your name(s) and surname(s) in the place(s) indicated for it and in a completely consistent with your Travel Documentation. You have a box available for the first name(s) and another for the last name(s) and you have the possibility of reviewing this information prior to confirming the Reservation. Your Air Ticket(s) will be issued automatically with the information entered by you on the Platform or by the information declared to the telephone sales agent, without any type of prior validation by SUNLIT JETS. Once the Air Ticket(s) have been issued and the electronic ticket record has been generated, the Airlines do not admit -or in certain cases admit them with costs- changes of names or surnames in an Air Ticket, not even in cases of errors of typing in the names of the passengers and/or inverted names and surnames. If your Air Ticket contains any errors, the Airline may not allow you to board. SUNLIT JETS is not responsible for errors and/or inconsistencies in the Personal Data declared by you.

  • 1.8 INVOLUNTARY ERRORS IN THE PERSONAL DATA OF TRAVELERS:SUNLIT JETS informs you that in case of incurring an error in the information corresponding to your personal data, understanding the latter, exclusively, as name(s) and/or surname(s) contained in the air ticket issued, you can communicate it to the airline directly or to SUNLIT JETS, who will carry out the procedures for submitting and monitoring your request to the airline issuing your ticket, in order for the latter to proceed with its immediate correction. The correction made may generate a fixed additional payment, the amount of which may not exceed the current administrative fee applicable to the ticket, at the time of the correction. It is essential to specify that in no case can the correction of data lead to a change of passenger. Remember that, in any event, including this one, the final decision will rest with the Air Service Provider. We reiterate that the way to proceed and the special conditions that apply in cases of changes or cancellations in a reservation confirmed by you, are determined by the airlines, who may establish fines or penalties unilaterally, specifying, in any case, these must be adjusted to current regulations.

  • 1.8 UNACCOMPANIED MINORS:An "unaccompanied minor" will be considered to be one who travels without at least one of his parents or legal guardians. The airlines can offer assistance and escort services (at a cost) which, depending on the case, may be mandatory or optional for those minors traveling unaccompanied. However, SUNLIT JETS does not offer this type of service and will not be able to ensure the effective boarding of the minor in the event that the requirement is mandatory. Minors between 2 and 5 years of age without having turned their birthday must travel accompanied by their parents or guardians. Normally the “unaccompanied minor” service is mandatory for children between 5 and 11 years of age and optional for children between 12 and 17 years of age. The service is not available for children who require medical certification to travel and/or who cannot eat and/or are unable to meet their basic hygiene needs and is not available for itineraries with layovers or plane changes. Consult the specific policy of the Airline you wish to travel with.

  • 1.9 BAGGAGE:All Airlines have different baggage allowance policies. Find out before you travel. SUNLIT JETS is not responsible for robbery and/or theft and/or loss of luggage and other personal belongings of passengers. In the event of lost or damaged luggage, you must go to the Airline's customer service offices and make the corresponding claim. We advise you to hire travel assistance to cover part of these risks.

  • 1.10 HEALTH AND FITNESS FOR TRAVEL – PREGNANT:If you have any particular health condition, the airline will require a certificate of medical clearance that allows you to make the trip. It must have an issue date no later than 12 hours after the departure of the flight. Keep in mind that people who cannot fend for themselves and/or are unable to follow instructions cannot travel alone –or with an escort service.

  • 1.11 VALIDITY OF THE AIR TICKET:In accordance with the Aeronautical Regulations, Air Tickets are valid for one year from the date of issue. Any exception to the validity period must be requested and authorized by the Airline. SUNLIT JETS cannot extend the validity of an Air Ticket under any circumstances.

  • 1.12 “ONE WAY” TICKETS: Due to the immigration provisions of each country, if you are a non-resident of the country of destination and hire a one-way Air Ticket through us, you may be required by the immigration authorities to justify the reasons why you do not have a Ticket Return air. We suggest you consult the corresponding Consulate or Embassy before making the reservation. The airlines may also require this documentation before boarding.

  • 1.13 STOP OVER:In general, cheap rates do not allow Stop Over; It is recommended to consult what rates allow it.

  • 1.14 LOW-COST FLIGHTS OR AIRLINES:Keep in mind that when you book a flight from an airline identified as "low cost"/promo or "light" fares, the published fare does not allow changes or cancellations, does not include seat reservation, or checked baggage (hand luggage only), or complementary services such as snacks and/or meals and/or entertainment on board. All these services are considered additional and are offered under different conditions according to each Airline and at a differential cost. Take into account that low-cost companies usually operate in small, regional and/or secondary airports. Before confirming your Reservation, carefully review the conditions and rates that are reported for each case, since some of the additional services must be reserved and paid for in advance while others can be purchased during the flight.

  • 1.15 REGULATION AND LIABILITY IN AIR TRANSPORTATION:The responsibility of the Airlines for the transport of people and their luggage is regulated by the Aeronautical Regulations. If you wish to make a claim regarding the air transportation contract entered into between you and an airline, you may do so before the airline itself or before SUNLIT JETS.


  • ACCOMMODATIONS:Each hotel, lodging and/or apartment (the “Accommodation”) has its own service and rate regulations.

  • RESERVATION OF ACCOMMODATION, RATES:Many Accommodations offer, for the same room, a "refundable rate" or a "non-refundable rate" (cheaper). If you reserve a "non-refundable" rate, the Accommodation may charge 100% of the stay at the end of the purchase without the right to any refund, even in cases where the impediments to using the accommodation are due to reasons of force majeure. If you have doubts about the possibility of using the accommodation, we recommend you book a "refundable rate". The penalties that are eventually reported are charged by the Accommodation. SUNLIT JETS does not charge penalties or additional Management Fees for changes and/or cancellations.

  • ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:The specific information of the Accommodation such as name, location, categorization, check-in and check-out times, and services included is sufficiently detailed on the Platform or can be consulted by the telephone or online sales agent. The room will be provided no later than 3:00 p.m. and the deadline to vacate a room should not be before 11:00 a.m., noting that you are entitled to a 60-minute tolerance period from the time of departure. We clarify that all the information displayed on the Platform is provided and updated online directly by each Accommodation. They are solely responsible for updating the rates, availability and other information that appears on the Platform. Review the Provider's terms and conditions and reviews from other passengers to verify that the Accommodation meets your preferences and needs. SUNLIT JETS does not or is and should not be construed as an endorser of the quality, level of service and/or rating or classification of any Accommodation.

  • PAYMENT METHOD: SUNLIT JETS offers you different modalities to be able to make and pay for your accommodation reservations. SUNLIT JETS, in each case, will indicate the payment options available according to the selected Accommodation.

  • PAYMENT TO ACCOMMODATION:You have the possibility of paying your stay in full and directly to the Accommodation. In this case, it will be the Accommodation that determines the moment of collection and in the case of "non-refundable" services, it may charge the total stay at the time of finalizing your purchase. You must inform the Platform of your credit card details, which will be transmitted to the Accommodation to ensure your reservation. The Accommodation may charge all or part of the fee to your credit card, in the local currency of the Accommodation or in US dollars in the case of Accommodations abroad.  

  • ADVANCE TO SUNLIT JETS + PAYMENT TO ACCOMMODATION:You may also pay an advance to SUNLIT JETS in which case you must pay the remaining balance by paying directly to the Accommodation under the conditions that it determines for its collection.

  • PREPAID TO SUNLIT JETS:You agree that SUNLIT JETS will charge your credit card for the total price of the reservation, which includes taxes, fees, fiscal perceptions and/or the Management Charge.

  • CANCELLATION OR OVERBOOKED ACCOMMODATION: SUNLIT JETS offers the Accommodations on its Platform according to the availability reported by the Suppliers through a reservation computer system. Notwithstanding this, keep in mind that overbooking is a common practice in the tourism market and, in some countries, this practice is regulated. Overbooking can also happen due to failures in the reservation systems or human errors. In the event that an Accommodation cannot honor your reservation under the contracted conditions, SUNLIT JETS, in its capacity as intermediary, will make its best efforts so that you can enjoy your stay without inconvenience.

  • PRESENTATION IN THE ACCOMMODATION:Remember that if you do not show up at the Accommodation on the corresponding date and time, the Accommodation may cancel your reservation and consider it a NO SHOW, in which case you will not have the right to demand a full or partial refund of the amount paid. If for any reason you are going to arrive outside the indicated hours, contact the Accommodation and/or SUNLIT JETS in advance.

  • REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION OR CHANGES:The possibility of making changes and/or cancellations and, where appropriate, the penalties applicable to each circumstance are subject to the Accommodation policies that are reported on the Platform and in the Voucher. SUNLIT JETS does not set or charge penalties for changes and/or cancellations. Any exception to these conditions must be authorized by the Accommodation.

  • MINORS:If you are traveling with minors, you must include them in the reservation, even if they do not occupy a bed. Remember that there are Accommodations that do not accept minors.

  • BAGGAGE – DEPOSIT OF VALUABLE GOODS:If you take with you effects of greater value than the one that passengers ordinarily carry, you must notify the Accommodation and keep them in the safe deposit boxes that are available at the Accommodation. The responsibility of the Accommodation is limited to the declared value of the effects deposited. Keep in mind that if your effects are excessively valuable in relation to the importance of the Accommodation, or they cause inconvenience to the Accommodation, the Accommodation may refuse to receive them.

  • CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES:Notwithstanding the specific check-in and check-out times reported for each Accommodation on the Platform, the expected number of days of accommodation is computed from the check-in time and ends at the check-out time of the following day. , regardless of the time of arrival and / or departure, and the full or fractional use of it. Keep in mind that the times that are reflected in the voucher are expressed in local time of the place of destination. 3.

  • CARS:Each car rental company (the “Rental Company/s”) has its own service regulations and rates applicable to vehicle rentals. SUNLIT JETS will inform in each case about the regulations that will govern the contract. Unless otherwise indicated on the Platform, the rental rate does not include the payment of fines, infractions, towing, gasoline, leaving the car in another city, or any other additional service.

  • CAR INFORMATION:When you reserve a Car on the Platform or through telephone sales, you are making a reservation for a class of Cars, and not for vehicles of specific brands, years or models, or for special characteristics that are not common to all vehicles in the class. The Rental Company guarantees the size and capacity of the Car, however, the brand and model of the vehicles are subject to availability and location.

  • PAYMENT METHOD: Each Renter has a different form of payment, in most cases they charge after providing the service, keep in mind that they may require a deposit. In this case, you must inform SUNLIT JETS of your Personal Data, which will be transmitted to the Rental Company to ensure your reservation. In the event that you decide to pay all or part of your reservation through SUNLIT JETS, your reservation could be subject to confirmation – a circumstance that will be informed to you in the first email you receive.

  • REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION OR CHANGES:According to what is established by each Rental Company, you acquire refundable and non-refundable reservations. In the event that the purchased reservation allows a refund, the reservation may be canceled at any time, provided that you notify SUNLIT JETS and/or the Rental Company of your will in this regard at least 24 hours prior to the removal of the Car. After that period no refunds can be made. In case of proceeding, the refunds may take between 30 and 45 business days until their effective accreditation. If the payment had been made by bank transfer, SUNLIT JETS will require your data again to be able to manage the refund by that means. We advise you to arrive at the place of delivery of the Car with enough time. Keep in mind that in the event that you wish to return the rented car to a place other than the one where it was picked up, the Rental Company may apply an additional surcharge, except when this service is already included in the reservation purchased by you.

  • DOCUMENTATION:When you appear before the Renter you must present:

    • (i) the service voucher sent by SUNLIT JETS;

    • (ii) a current driving license, valid at the place of destination and issued with a minimum age of two years; Y

    • (iii) an international credit card with enough space to meet the guarantee. In some cases the passport may be required. If you are going to travel to an international destination, you may also be required to present an international and inter-American driver's license. Fundamentally, they may demand it from you in the case of being involved in traffic problems or to prove the status of a foreign driver before the traffic authorities.


  • WARRANTY:You must present an international credit card in the name of the driver at the time of picking up the car. In it, the Rental Company will block the amount corresponding to the franchise as a guarantee that may be up to double the rate paid or to be paid for the rental of the Car.

  • ADDITIONAL CHARGES:We let you know that during the development of the rental period, charges or debits could be generated at your expense not claimed by the Rental Company immediately (such as fines for traffic violations or damages, breakages or shortages suffered by the Car). You must pay said fines and additional charges when they are claimed by the Rental Company. These additional charges depend on the policies of each Rental Company and are charged directly by it without any intervention or interference from SUNLIT JETS.

  • INSURANCE AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES CONTRACTED AT DESTINATION:At destination, the Rental Company could offer you to hire additional services (such as insurance with greater coverage policies, recovery fee, gasoline charge, charge for additional driver, GPS, seats for minors, etc.), which will be contracted directly by you and charged by the Renter without the intervention of SUNLIT JETS. The contracting of such additional items is voluntary and unrelated to SUNLIT JETS, who is not responsible for the values that you must pay for such concepts.

  • TAXES AND RATES:In certain destinations, the purchased service does not include local taxes and/or state surcharges, which you must pay when picking up the Car, directly to the Rental Company. This situation will be sufficiently informed on the Platform or by the telephone sales agent, in case it is consulted.

  • TOLLS:In certain jurisdictions, you may contract an electronic toll service directly with the Rental Company (such as the SUN PASS in the state of Florida, in the United States), which will allow you to travel comfortably and avoid fines. This service may be freely contracted by you directly from the Rental Company. We reiterate that SUNLIT JETS is not responsible for such concepts and values.

  • DRIVERS UNDER 26 YEARS OLD:In some destinations, the Rental Companies have policies for drivers between the ages of 21 and 26, which may govern restrictions and/or additional charges that must be paid at destination. These amounts are not included in the rate.

  • FOREIGN JURISDICTION:If you plan to cross a state border, make sure before completing your Reservation that the Car is authorized to transit through that destination. Some Rental Companies may prohibit or charge an additional fee for traveling in a foreign jurisdiction. Review the conditions established by the Rental Company at this point.


  • ACTIVITIES AND TRANSFERSKeep in mind that each tour operator (the "Operator(s)") has their own service regulations and rates applicable to the activities, excursions, transfers, tickets and attractions they provide.

  • SCHEDULE:Notwithstanding the particular hours reported for each Activity on the Platform or contract, the opening and closing hours of some attractions vary depending on the period of the year. It is advisable to contact the attraction in question before visiting it to confirm the hours applicable on the date you plan to visit. Keep in mind that the times that are reflected in the voucher are expressed in local time of the place of destination.

  • CONTACT WITH THE OPERATOR:In some cases, you will be asked that, prior to the date to make use of the Activity or Transfer, you contact the Operator to confirm some details of the Activity and/or coordinate the meeting point or transfer and/or request the final vouchers without which you will not be able to use the service. If you do not make this contact in a timely manner and, by virtue of this, you see the use and enjoyment of the service frustrated, SUNLIT JETS will not be responsible and you will not have the right to demand any refund from SUNLIT JETS and/or the Operator.

  • RISKY ACTIVITIES:In the cases in which the contracted Activity is a risky activity, you assume the risk of participating in the Activity and you declare that you are healthy and enjoy good physical and mental health and that you are duly trained to participate in that Activity. You hereby accept and assume full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury, or death (not from careless, willful, or fraudulent conduct) that may occur in the course of the Activity.

  • RESPONSIBILITY:SUNLIT JETS will not be responsible for the conditions of the attractions or places, nor for acts of commission or omission by third parties in any Activity, place or service.


  • PACKAGES: We can put together packages that contain flights + accommodation + activities + insurance + cruises + transfers + and/or any combination according to your tastes and needs, reserving as many Services as you wish.SUNLIT JETS simply acts as an intermediary showing the available options and enabling You to select the Services, Providers and combinations of Services according to your own tastes and needs, but without ceasing to act as an intermediary, will be governed by the change and/or cancellation conditions established by each Provider and that the modification and/or cancellation of a Service does not affect, in any way, the other contracted Services that will be governed by their own conditions and that must be modified and/or canceled individually whenever the conditions of the Provider allow it.
