By submitting, you certify that you are the cardholder and authorize SUNLITJETS  or to the Tour Operator/Supplier/Cruise Line chosen to charge the amount indicated on the credit card. You certify that you have verified that all information contained in the confirmation you received is accurate. You also certify that you have read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the corresponding details of the Travel Protection Plan. Cancellation penalties may apply. Insurance is non-refundable.
This charge will be applied manually by the agency to your reservation. If there are any issues, an agent will contact you. Please note that you may not see a travel agency charge on your credit card statement; the charge will come from our provider and/or the airline directly. Payment may take 3-5 business days to fully process and reflect on your statement.

Your signed charge authorization is a binding agreement to charge your card and, as such, you waive any right to a chargeback for trip delays, changes or cancellations for any reason (except fraud), including an event of force majeure, and you agree to the reimbursement policies and procedures as described in the terms and conditions of the providers operating the components of your trip. In the event that you attempt, without our authorization, to chargeback, reverse, or recover a travel payment already made, we reserve the right to charge all additional costs, fees, and expenses associated with such chargeback, reverse, or recovery, including, but not limited to , legal costs.
